Terrible customer service. Seems like they pick and choose who their customers are. Every company gets busy and never have I once had a mechanic shop handle customers like they're unimportant. Must be based on the cars being driven. Couldn't get a quote after calling 4 times. Being apologized to and saying I'll make sure to handle it. Decided to go with another shop and couldn't have been happier. Wanted to trust this place given all the good reviews. Shame
